It is Sunday night, and next week is a spreadsheet, a group chat and everything you are holding in your head about who can close, who is studying and who asked for Friday. CrewWeek builds the week from the rules your venue already runs on, and tells you what it could not satisfy before anyone else sees it.
What CrewWeek does
Three things, in the order you meet them: the week gets built, you check what it did, and your team reads it on their phones.
A week built in one pass
Say what each day needs — how many people, on which positions, at which times — and the scheduler fills the week against every rule at once, rather than a day at a time. Lock the shifts you have already promised and let it work around them.
Rules that say what they mean
Enforced cannot be broken. Protected can, and the roster comes back naming who it broke it for. Preference is a nudge the scheduler takes when it can. Check Rules lists whatever is still outstanding, so publishing is a decision rather than a hope.
The team's side
Staff open their published week on a phone: start and finish, the position, the section. Time-off requests arrive in the same place, and an approved day is one the next roster will not schedule over.
