Terms of service

These terms cover your use of CrewWeek, operated by Nova Hour LLC (“we”, “us”). By using the service you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a venue, you are confirming you may bind it.
Access
CrewWeek is invitation-only. Access is granted by a venue to the people it chooses, and it belongs to the venue rather than to the holder: a venue can withdraw it when someone leaves. Keep your sign-in to yourself — anything done through your account is treated as done by you. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has it.
The roster is yours
CrewWeek proposes a schedule from the rules and availability you enter, and a manager decides whether to publish it. A proposal is not advice, and it is not a compliance check: rest periods, overtime, minimum hours, contracts and everything else your local law requires remain the venue's responsibility. The scheduler can only respect the constraints it has been given, and it does not know the ones you have not entered.

- Enter accurate details, and only for people you employ or engage.
- Tell your team their details are here — see our privacy policy.
- Do not try to reach another venue's data, break the service, scrape it, or resell access to it.
- Do not use CrewWeek to do anything unlawful, or to mistreat the people on your roster.
Our side of it
We will run the service with reasonable care, keep your data as described in the privacy policy, and give you a way to get it out. While CrewWeek is invitation-only, it carries no uptime commitment and no formal support window: we work on it daily and answer email, but it is early software and we would rather say so than imply otherwise.
Your data
The content you put into CrewWeek stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it to run the service, and nothing else. Ask and we will export it or delete it. We may use aggregate, de-identified measurements — how long a page takes to load, how often a feature is used — to make the product better.
Ending it
You can stop using CrewWeek at any time and ask us to delete your venue's data. We can suspend or end access if these terms are broken, or if we discontinue the service — in which case we will give you notice and time to take your data with you.
Warranties and liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost profits, or for anything arising from a schedule you chose to publish. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date above changes with them, and we will tell venue owners by email when a change is material. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new version.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
